Junior Tennis Courses

Ages: 2.5-4yrs
Tennis for Tots is a NEW fun course especially designed for under fives. With lots of fun and games,using specialised equipment including small rackets, foam balls, bean bags, ladders, parachutes, hoops and cones children will develop, hand eye co-ordination,balance,movement,listening and team work skills. With an emphasis on catching,throwing and hitting this will be a great introduction to skills and basics for your little ones! ( Parents will be required to stay for the duration of the lesson.) 

Ages: 5-9yrs Time: 3.30pm-4.30pm

This is for all those budding players who want to learn this great game. With emphasis on eye hand co-ordination and movement along with expert tuition in all the basics strokes; forehand, backhand, serve and volley. With loads of games and also an introduction to scoring this is the perfect start for all players.

Rackets are available free for use during the courses.

Programme runs Mon-Thurs,choose the day that suits you best .

Age: 10-15 yrs Time: 4.30-5.30pm

This 2nd step in our development path is for all players wanting to learn more advanced techniques or have come through the future stars programme. Focus will be on more advanced stroke techniques, including topspin and slice,  movement and rally patterns, as well as point play. A great step towards matches and interclub.

Designed for older children and for the more advanced, this level is for those wanting to compete in junior interclub, club play or tournament play. Also for older children just starting out who will be divided into groups by ability. Beginners will start with basics and stroke production whilst more advanced players will focus on spin production, consistency, tactical and match play and agility and movement.
